We provide expert Mobile Notary services and Apostille Facilitation tailored to the needs of residents in Pinole, Richmond, San Pablo, and throughout the greater East Bay area. As a certified Notary Signing Agent, I specialize in the secure handling of sensitive mortgage documents, refinances, and complex real estate transactions.

Our goal is to make the authentication process seamless; we take the stress out of document legalization by helping you obtain your California Apostille as quickly as possible.

Standard Notarization Fees

Set by California Government Code §8211

• Acknowledgments: $15 per signature

• Jurats (Oaths/Affirmations): $15 per signature

• Certified Copy of Power of Attorney: $15 per copy

• Veterans' Benefits: $0 (No charge for notarization of applications or claims for US Military Veteran’s benefits)

Mobile Travel Fees

Travel fees are separate from notarization fees and cover the convenience of bringing the notary to your home, office, or hospital.

• Local Zone 1: $40 (Pinole, El Sobrante, Hercules, San Pablo)

• Local Zone 2: $50 (Richmond, Martinez, Vallejo, El Cerrito)

• Extended Service Area: $60+ (Call for a specific quote for areas further out)

• Medical Facilities & Hospitals: Additional $40 (Covers additional time for parking, security check-in, and facility navigation)

• Other Cities in SF Bay Area: Please call for Travel Fees
